19 Private screenings held throughout the month of February to celebrate Black History Month and promote The Smithsonian Channel’s documentary, The Green Book Guide To Freedom. Live Q & A session followed each screening to further audience participation and discussion. AWE designed banners, backdrops, invitations, secured venues, A/V, local staff, event rentals, catering, and coordinated travel for speakers and panelists.
Over 2,700 in attendance; 19 screenings in 28 days.
